Project Overview

This mobile hotel booking app was designed as part of my Professional Diploma in UX Design with the UX Design Institute. The goal was to create a seamless booking experience tailored to the needs of travelers based in the Philippines. The challenge was to solve pain points around hotel discovery, booking flow, and trust in available listings, using a user-centered approach grounded in research and UX best practices.

Role & Responsibilities

I led the end-to-end UX process, including user research, competitor benchmarking, task analysis, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. This solo case study was executed over the course of the diploma program, simulating a real-world UX design process.

Brand Design

Worked on brand design projects by developing and refining visual identities that effectively communicated each client's unique values and positioning. This involved creating comprehensive brand systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Outcomes

The final prototype delivered a smooth, responsive, and trustworthy hotel booking experience—focused on user needs and localized relevance. This project not only deepened my understanding of UX methodologies but also sharpened my skills in creating real-world digital products from concept to clickable prototype.
